Fuel Gauge Sender: Testing and Inspection

1. Remove fuel gauge sender.

Fuel Sensor Terminal Resistance.:

2. Measure resistance between terminals A and B.

Float Level Adjustment.:

3. Adjust float to positions shown.
4. If resistances are not as specified, replace fuel level sensor. If resistances are as specified, refer to pinpoint test. Pinpoint Tests
