With Super Star II Tester

1. Deactivate self-test by unlatching the center button on the Super Star II tester and turn the tester OFF.

2. Connect a Rotunda 88 Digital Multimeter 105-00053, or equivalent as a tachometer.

3. Run engine at 2000 rpm for three minutes.

4. Turn the Super Star II tester ON.

5. Latch center button on Super Star II tester.

6. Turn engine OFF.

7. Start the engine. Run engine at idle.

8. Activate Self Test by unlatching and relatching Super Star II tester.

9. Record service codes.

If no codes and sent here from Key On Engine Off (KOEO) Self Test, Switch Monitor Test

If no codes and sent here from Erase and Retest,

If codes are present, refer to Service Code Chart below.
