D14 - Check C3 Driver at ICM-Coil Disconnected-KOEC

^ Connect incandescent test lamp between J6 (C3I) and J57 (B+) and crank engine.

^ Does test lamp blink brightly once per crankshaft revolution?

YES -- Replace coil pack. Inputs to coil OK but no high voltage output. Remove EI diagnostic harness. Remove all test equipment. Reconnect all components. Clear continuous memory. Rerun quick test.

NO -- Replace ICM. No C3 output. Remove diagnostic harness. Remove all test equipment. Reconnect all components. Clear continuous memory. Rerun quick test.
