C2 - Check CID to PCM Continuity - PCM Disconnected - Key Off

^ Key off.

^ Set DVOM to 200 ohm scale.

^ Disconnect PCM.

^ Connect second EEC breakout box to the PCM vehicle connector.

^ Connect DVOM between J22 (CID PCM S) and Test Pin 24 (CID) of second EEC breakout box.

^ Is DVOM reading less than 5.0 ohms?

YES -- Replace PCM. Does not respond to CMP inputs. Remove all test equipment. Reconnect all components. Clear continuous memory. Rerun quick test.

NO -- Service harness and connectors. CID P is open between CMP sensor and PCM. Remove all test equipment. Reconnect all components. Clear continuous memory. Rerun quick test.
