IA8 - Check VRIS Shutter Valve Actuators

Check Shutter Valve Actuators:

^ Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the shutter valve actuators.

^ Connect a vacuum pump to the actuators.

^ Apply vacuum and verify that the actuator linkages are drawn into the actuators.

^ Do the shutter valve actuators function properly?

YES -- Go to IA9. IA9 - Check VRIS Solenoid Valves

NO -- Replace the shutter valve actuator in question.
