Water Pump: Service and Repair

1. Drain cooling system, then remove timing belt.
2. Using Water Pump Pulley Remover tool T92C-6312-AH or equivalent, remove four water pump pulley bolts, then the pulley.
3. Remove five water pump mounting bolts, then the pump.
4. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Use a new water pump O-ring seal.
b. Tighten water pump to 14-18 ft lb, and pulley to 6-7 ft lb.
