IGNB1 - Check IDM Signal at PCM Connector

^ Key OFF.

^ Install Rotunda Breakout Box 007-00033, or equivalent.

^ DVOM on AC volt scale.

^ Crank engine and measure voltage between BOB Pin 4 (1DM) and ground.

^ Is voltage greater than 1.0 volt AC?

YES -- Replace PCM. Remove all test equipment. Reconnect all components. Clear continuous memory. Rerun quick test.

NO -- GO to IGNB2. IGNB2 - Check For 1DM Short to Power
