Torque Converter Clutch Does Not Engage

TORQUE CONVERTER CLUTCH DOES NOT ENGAGE
1. Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) solenoid not being energized electrically (shorted or open circuit).
2. Transmission case connector not seated.
3. Malfunctioning Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor.
4. Malfunctioning Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor.
5. Malfunctioning Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
6. Brake switch malfunction.
7. Malfunctioning Throttle Position (TP) sensor.
8. Vacuum line disconnected from MAP sensor.
9. TCC shuttle valve stuck in unlock position or too high a load spring.
10. TCC shift valve stuck in downshift position.
