1992 MUSTANG

ISSUE:
A vibration at the front of the engine may occur because the water pump pulley hub and pulley are misaligned. This is caused by an interference condition between the water pump pulley hub and the pulley inside contour.

ACTION:
Install a new water pump assembly with more clearance around the pulley hub mounting face. Refer to the 1992 Mustang Service Manual, Page 03-01B-15, for the removal and installation procedures.
