Bimetal Temperature Sensor Test

Bi-Metal Sensor Test:






1. Attach a vacuum gauge to the outlet nipple of the sensor.
2. Connect a vacuum pump to the inlet nipple of the sensor.
The sensor may be cooled by submersing in cold water, and warmed by placing in oven or water with a thermometer.

3. The color coded sensor must have specified vacuum output at both temperatures according to the chart below.
