Turbo Boost Control (Wastegate) Solenoid Valve

1. Remove the small air tube from the turbocharger inlet air hose.
2. Disconnect the [1][2]turbo boost control solenoid valve electrical connector.
3. Blow through the air tube and check that there is no airflow through the tube.

Turbo Boost Control Solenoid Valve Electrical Connector:

4. Apply 12 volts to the [1][2]turbo boost control solenoid valve electrical connector.

5. Blow through the air tube and check that there is airflow through the tube.

6. If not, replace the solenoid valve.
