Intercooler: Service and Repair

REMOVAL:

1. Remove the front fascia from the vehicle.
2. Remove the front bumper assembly from the vehicle.

Intercooler Assembly:

3. Remove all mounting nuts from the intercooler housing.

Intercooler Air Hose:

4. Remove the clamps on both the inlet and outlet air hoses on the intercooler assembly.

5. Remove the inlet and outlet air hoses from the intercooler assembly.
