1. Defective inhibitor switch.
2. Defective hold switch.
3. Defective throttle sensor.
4. Defective cruise control switch.
5. Defective water temperature switch.
6. Defective pulse generator.
7. Defective 1-2 solenoid.
8. Defective 2-3 solenoid.
9. Defective 3-4 solenoid.
10. Fluid level too low or fluid contaminated.
11. Incorrectly adjusted selector lever.
12. Malfunctioning control valve(s).
13. Defective 2-4 brake band and/or servo.
