Engine Runaway or Slip When Upshifting or Downshifting

ENGINE RUNAWAY OR SLIP WHEN UPSHIFTING OR DOWNSHIFTING
1. Defective inhibitor switch.
2. Fluid level too low or fluid contaminated.
3. Malfunctioning control valve(s).
4. Defective oil pump.
5. Defective forward clutch.
6. Defective reverse clutch.
7. Defective 3-4 clutch.
8. Defective 2-4 brake band and/or servo.
9. Defective one-way clutch No. 1.
