AFFECTED Certain 1990-model Probe and Escort cars having dealer
VEHICLES installed air conditioning kits with kit manufacture

dates of December 8, 1989 through March 15, 1990.

REASONS FOR Air conditioning kits were manufactured with condensor
THIS PROGRAM fans that do not rotate in the proper direction. This

could result in poor air conditioning or engine cooling performance. Owners of affected cars that have the kits installed must be contacted.

Use dealership service files or over-the-counter sales records to locate owners. Returned cars are to have fan electrical wiring modifications.
