DISASSEMBLE

1. Secure pump in a suitable holding fixture.
2. Disassemble pump in numbered order, Fig. 1.

INSPECTION


Check the following components for excessive wear or damage and replace as necessary:
1. Vane, cam ring, rotor and side plate.
2. Control valve.
3. Control valve installation hole.
4. Pump body.

ASSEMBLE


Assemble pump in the reverse order of disassembly. Ensure vanes are positioned in the rotor with rounded edges against the cam.
