ISSUE: The headlamp door paint may be scratched or damaged when it is removed or installed. This occurs because of the tight fit between the headlamp door and the grille opening panel.

ACTION: If service is required, loosen the three
(3) screws attaching the stone deflector to the grille opening panel below the headlamp, Figure 1. This will give the additional clearance required. After installing the headlamp doors, tighten the three (3) screws.
