Component Tests and General Diagnostics

1. Pull the belts out of the retractors to check for smooth operation.
2. Place each retractor in a vertical position.
3. While pulling the seat belt out of the retractor, slowly tilt the retractor.






4. Check that the retractor locks within 30 ° of vertical.
