For customer concerns of poor cold start and driveaway, inspect the engine for vacuum leaks. Service as required. Also, verify the EEC-IV system is operating properly by running self-test.

If there are no vacuum leaks and the subject symptoms persist, replace the processor with a new service processor E3PZ-12A650-F on vehicle with calibration 3-05E-R10.
