ERASING DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODES
With the Scan Tool
Connect the scan tool to the data link connector (16-pin), then erase the diagnostic trouble codes.

With the ABS Warning Light

Diagnostic Trouble Code Table:

1. Depress the brake pedal.
2. Turn the ignition switch on. Do not start the vehicle, only turn ignition to the on position.
3. Within 3 seconds of turning ignition on, you must start releasing and depressing brake pedal for a cycle of 10 repetitions.

CAUTION: The memory cannot be erased under the following conditions.
- When the stop light switch is not turned on and off according to the table in the above image.
- When the generator L terminal voltage increased (HI state).
