Throttle Body Replacement

Pre-Removal Operation
^ Drain the engine coolant.





Removal Steps
1. Air intake hose
2. Accelerator cable
3. Throttle position sensor connector
4. Idle air control motor connector
5. Water hose connection
6. Vacuum hose connection
7. Throttle body
8. Throttle body gasket





Service Point
^ Install the gasket between the intake manifold and the throttle body so that the convex portion faces up.

CAUTION: Gasket installed in a wrong direction may cause poor idling and other troubles.

Post-Installation Operation
^ Refill engine coolant
^ Adjust accelerator cable
