Wipers Do Not Operate In Intermittent Mode

1. Inspect voltage of steering column switch terminal No. 10 with intermittent wiper relay energized.
2. If voltage is 0 volts, then inspect intermittent wiper relay or wiper switch.
3. If voltage is 12 volts, then inspect intermittent wiper relay.
4. If voltage is alternating between 0 and 12 volts, then system is OK.
