With California Inspection

Chart:

1. Disconnect the vacuum hose (black) from the intake manifold plenum vacuum nipple and connect a hand held vacuum pump to the nipple.
2. Start and race the engine. Purge vacuum should remain constant regardless of engine speed.

NOTE: If no vacuum is indicated, it is possible that the intake manifold plenum port may be clogged and require cleaning.
