Radiator Cooling Fan Temperature Sensor / Switch: Service and Repair

Thermo Sensor

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain coolant from radiator into suitable container.
3. Remove thermo sensor wiring from sensor located in radiator lower tank.
4. Remove sensor from radiator.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque sensor to 7-14 ft. lbs.
