1. Remove retaining screws (A) on both sides of steering wheel cover, then the steering wheel cover.
2. Mark steering wheel shaft for proper installation, then loosen steering wheel locknut. Do not use a hammer to tap against end of steering column.
3. Pull on steering wheel, then remove locknut and the steering wheel.
4. Unplug electrical connectors between On/Off switch (C), Res/Accel switch (B) and ring terminals (D).
5. With steering wheel removed, clean circular contacts. Apply specified lubricant.
6. If contacts are heavily contaminated, clean with fine emery paper.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
