Completion Reporting and Reimbursement

When a car has been serviced, submit the claim using the Dealer Communication System (DCS), Warranty type 91, or a Warranty Invoice. Include the cost of parts required for the service.

Enter the Standard Repair Time (SRT), Time Allowance and Technical Incident Code (TIC) for each applicable repair completed as follows:
