Throttle Body - Removal

CAUTION: Do not use spray (carb) cleaners on any part of the throttle body. Do not apply silicone lubricants to any part of the throttle body.

1. Remove the air cleaner housing Air Cleaner Body - Removal.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector (2) at the throttle body (1).
3. Remove the four throttle body retaining bolts (3).
4. Remove the throttle body from the intake manifold.





5. Check the condition of throttle body O-ring (1) and replace if necessary.
