Variable Valve Timing Assembly - Removal

SOLENOID






NOTE: The VVT solenoid can be removed without removing the intake manifold.

1. Remove air cleaner housingAir Cleaner Body - Removal.
2. Remove the throttle bodies and reposition.
3. Disconnect solenoid electrical connector.
4. Remove retaining bolt.
5. Remove oil control valve (1) from engine block (2).
