Seat Back Recliner - Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Position the recliner and install the bolts (2) to the seat back (1). Tighten the bolts so 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
2. Zip the seat back cover (4) closed.





3. Position the seat back with the recliners installed on the seat cushion and install he two bolts (2) to each side of the cushion. Tighten the bolts so 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).
4. Connect the recliner cable (5) to both recliners (3).
5. Position the seat cushion cover back and install the recliner handle and screw.
6. Install the seat into vehicle Seat - Installation.

WARNING: Do not connect the battery negative cable Component Tests and General Diagnostics . Serious or fatal injury may result if the system test is not performed first.

7. Place battery access cover into place and install four bolts.
8. Close deck lid.
