U0001-CAN C BUS

For a complete wiring diagram refer to the Wiring Information Electrical Diagrams.

- When Monitored:
Ignition run time is greater than 1 second. Battery voltage between 9 and 16 volts. Engine run time greater than 3 seconds.

- Set Condition:
The PCM loses communication over the CAN C Bus circuit. The circuit is continuously monitored. Two trip fault.





Always perform the Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting procedure before proceeding. Pre-Diagnostic Troubleshooting Procedure.
ACTIVE DTC
1. Ignition on, engine not running.
2. With a scan tool, select View BCM DTCs.

Is the DTC Active at this time?

Yes

- CAN C BUS Performance for diagnostic procedures and for further possible causes.

No

- Refer to the CHECKING FOR AN INTERMITTENT DTC Diagnostic Procedure. Checking for an Intermittent DTC.
