TIRE PRESSURE LOW

For a complete wiring diagram, refer to the Wiring Information Electrical Diagrams.

- When Monitored:
Ignition ON and Start positions.

- Set Condition:
When the BCM input from the TPM Module toggles two seconds Hi and two seconds Low.





1. TIRE PRESSURE LOW CONDITION PRESENT
1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, read BCM DTCs.

Does the scan tool display TIRE PRESSURE LOW?

Yes

- Check and adjust tire pressure.
- Perform TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST. Tire Pressure Monitor (TPM) Verification Test.

No

- Go To 2

2. INTERMITTENT CONDITION
1. Turn the ignition off.
2. Visually inspect the related wiring harness. Look for any chafed, pierced, pinched, or partially broken wires.
3. Visually inspect the related wire harness connectors. Look for broken, bent, pushed out, or corroded terminals.
4. Refer to any Hotline letters or Technical Service Bulletins that may apply.

Were any problems found?

Yes

- Repair as necessary.
- Perform TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM VERIFICATION TEST. Tire Pressure Monitor (TPM) Verification Test.

No

- Test Complete.
