Radiator - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Disconnect the negative battery cable from battery.
2. Drain the cooling system . Filling Cooling System
3. Disconnect throttle body air inlet hose, remove air cleaner housing assembly .
4. Remove oil cooler attaching fasteners. Do Not disconnect oil cooler lines. Reposition oil cooler.
5. Disconnect upper and lower radiator hoses.
6. Remove the radiator mounting bolts.
7. Remove A/C condenser mounting fasteners.
8. Remove radiator from engine compartment.Care should be taken not to damage radiator cooling fins during removal.
