Removal

REMOVAL





1. Open deck lid.
2. Remove four bolts to battery compartment cover and remove cover.
3. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.

WARNING: Wait two minutes for the system reserve capacitor to discharge before servicing any airbag components. Failure to do this may result in serious or fatal injury.

4. Remove the seat back along with the recliner assembly Removal.
5. Un-clip the rear j-clip on the seat cushion.
6. Remove the child restraint anchor bar two bolts and bar (passenger side only).
7. Remove the bolts attaching the recliners to the seat cushion pan in the rear of pan (3).




8. Remove the two side adjuster bolts (2) and remove the adjuster.
