Removal

REMOVAL





1. Open deck lid.
2. Remove four bolts to battery compartment cover and remove cover.
3. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.

WARNING: Wait two minutes for the system reserve capacitor to discharge before servicing any airbag components. Failure to do this may result in serious or fatal injury.

4. Remove the seat from vehicle Removal.
5. Remove the recliner handle screw and handle.
6. Position the seat cushion cover aside and disconnect the recliner cable (5) at both sides of the cushion.
7. Remove the recliner bolts (2) and remove the recliner (3).




8. Unzip and position aside the seat back cover (4).
9. Remove the recliner to seat back bolts (2) from both sides.
