Seat Back Cover - Removal

REMOVAL





1. Open deck lid.
2. Remove four bolts to battery compartment cover and remove cover.
3. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.

WARNING: Wait two minutes for the system reserve capacitor to discharge before servicing any airbag components. Failure to do this may result in serious or fatal injury.

4. Remove the seat from vehicle Removal.
5. Unzip the seat back cover (4) and expose the recliner bolts (2).
6. Remove the recliner bolts and remove the seat back.
7. Disconnect the j-straps at the bottom of the seat back.
8. Remove the seat back cover hog rings.




9. Position the seat back cover/cushion aside and release the seat belt pass through bezel (1) locking tabs (2).
10. Remove the seat belt pass through bezel (1).
11. Remove the seat back cover and cushion.
