Installation

INSTALLATION

1. Position the stay pad strap onto the rear/4 bow and staple into place.
2. Position the strap onto the header assembly and install new rivets.
3. Position the cover assembly side panels and staple into place on to the tack strip.
4. Install the tack strip nuts removed previously and tighten to 12 Nm (9 ft. lbs.).
5. Position the cover over the header and staple into place.
6. Install the seal compression panel and tighten the screws to 5 Nm (45 in. lbs.).
7. Position the tension cable through the cover assembly and replace the rivets.
8. Position the cover assembly at the door opening and install new rivets attaching it to the linkage.
9. Install the front and rear weatherstrip retainers.
10. Close and latch the convertible top and check for fit.
