03-MIC (CLUSTER) MESSAGES NOT RECEIVED

For a complete wiring diagram Consult Diagrams/Electrical

- When Monitored:
Continuously with the ignition in run.

- Set Condition:
The BCM does not receive any PCI Bus messages from the MIC (Cluster).





Diagnostic Test

1. ATTEMPT TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE MIC (CLUSTER)
Turn the ignition on.
With the scan tool, select ECU View.
Verify that the MIC (CLUSTER) is active on the bus.
Is the MIC (CLUSTER) active on the bus?

Yes

- Go To2

No

- Perform the No Response diagnostic procedure. Communications - Verbose Codes

2. CHECK FOR ADDITIONAL COMMUNICATION RELATED DTC'S
With the scan tool, select Network View and select Advanced.
Is there more than one module with active DTC's "Logged Against" the MIC (CLUSTER)?

Yes

- Replace/update the MIC (CLUSTER).
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.

No

- Replace/update the module that set this DTC.
- Perform the BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test.
