NO COMMUNICATION WITH BCM

- When Monitored:
With the ignition in run, and the IOD fuse installed.





Diagnostic Test

1. ATTEMPT TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE BCM
Turn the ignition on.
With the scan tool, attempt to communicate with the BCM.
Was the scan tool able to I/D or communicate with the BCM?

Yes

- Go To2

No

- Refer to Manufacturer Trouble Codes for the related symptom(s).
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.Body Verification Test

2. RADIO
With the scan tool, erase DTC's.
Cycle the ignition switch from off to on and wait approximately 1 minute.
With the scan tool, read DTC's.
Did this DTC reset?

Yes

- Replace the Radio.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.Body Verification Test

No

- Test Complete.Refer to the No Response tests Communications - Verbose Codes
