Engine Cooling Radiator - Removal






REMOVAL










1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Drain the cooling system Service and Repair.
3. Remove the upper radiator hose (2).
4. Remove the upper radiator closure panels (1).
5. Remove the radiator fan assembly (4) Cooling Fan - Removal.










6. Raise and support the vehicle.
7. Remove the lower splash shield.
8. Remove the lower lower radiator hose (1).
9. Remove the lower condenser mounting bolts.





10. Lower the vehicle.
11. Remove upper radiator hose.

CAUTION: Bolts have a tread locker on them, use hand tools to remove the upper radiator mounting bolts.

12. Remove upper radiator mounting brackets (1) and bolts (2).
13. Remove the upper condenser mounting bolts.
14. Separate the condenser assembly from the radiator.
15. Tilt the radiator toward engine and remove the radiator from the vehicle.
