INSTALLATION




1. Using Installer 9755 (2), install NEW axle shaft seal (1). Lubricate the inside diameter with Mopar(R) Gear and Axle Lubricant 75W-140 to protect seal during halfshaft installation.
2. Install halfshaft(s).




3. Remove fill plug (1) to check and adjust rear axle fluid level. Top off axle with Mopar(R) Gear and Axle Lubricant 75W-140. Reinstall fill plug and torque to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.) torque.
