POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Fused B+ Circuit Open
- Low Speed Fans Operation
- Radiator Fan Relay # 3
- Low Speed Rad Fan Output Shorted To Ground Between Relay # 2 And Fan # 2
- Low Speed Rad Fan Output Shorted To Ground Fan# 2 And Relay # 3
- Rad Fan # 1 Shorted Internally
- Radiator Fan Relay 1 Or 3
- Low Speed Rad Output Circuit Shorted To Ground Between Relay # 3 And Fan# 1
- Ground Circuit Open
- Rad Fan # 1 Open
- Rad Fan # 2 Open
