Blower Motor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the cowl inlet.

3. Remove the upper and lower blower housing screws.
4. Disconnect the blower motor wiring.
5. Disconnect the cooling tube from the blower motor.
6. Remove the blower motor mounting bolts.
7. Lift the motor out of the housing.
8. Remove the blower motor wheel from the blower motor.

INSTALLATION
1. Install the blower motor wheel to the blower motor.
2. Install the motor into the housing.
3. Install blower motor mounting bolts.
4. Connect the cooling tube to the blower motor.
5. Install the blower motor assembly.
6. Connect the blower motor wiring.
7. Install the upper and lower blower housing screws.
8. Install the cowl air inlet.
9. Connect the battery negative cable to the battery.
