Quarter Panel Trim

QUARTER TRIM PANEL

REMOVAL

REMOVAL - COUPE

1. Remove center bulkhead console as necessary to access lower portion of the bulkhead trim panel.
2. Move seats to the forward position.
3. Remove screws attaching bulkhead trim panel to bulkhead.
4. Remove bulkhead trim panel from bulkhead.

5. Remove screws attaching the quarter trim panel to door frame (Fig. 7).
6. Remove screws attaching quarter trim panel to bulkhead.
7. Remove side cargo trim panel.
8. Remove screw attaching quarter trim to bracket at flange that extends under bulkhead trim.
9. Remove quarter trim panel from vehicle.

REMOVAL - ROADSTER

1. Remove center bulkhead console as necessary to access lower portion of the bulkhead trim panel.
2. Move seats to the forward position.
3. Remove screws attaching bulkhead trim panel to bulkhead.
4. Remove bulkhead trim panel from bulkhead.

5. Remove screws attaching the quarter trim panel to door frame (Fig. 8).
6. Remove screws attaching quarter trim panel to bulkhead.
7. Remove quarter trim panel from vehicle.

INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION - COUPE

1. Position quarter trim in vehicle.
2. Install screw attaching quarter trim to bracket at flange that extends under bulkhead trim.
3. Install side cargo trim panel.
4. Install screws attaching quarter trim panel to bulkhead.
5. Install screws attaching the quarter trim panel to door frame.
6. Install bulkhead trim panel from bulkhead.
7. Install screws attaching bulkhead trim panel to bulkhead.
8. Place bulkhead trim panel into position and secure.

INSTALLATION - ROADSTER

1. Position quarter trim in vehicle.
2. Install screws attaching quarter trim panel to bulkhead.
3. Install screws attaching the quarter trim panel to door frame.
4. Install bulkhead trim panel from bulkhead.
5. Install screws attaching bulkhead trim panel to bulkhead.
6. Install screws to hold quarter trim panel in place.
7. Place bulkhead trim panel into position and secure.
