Alarm Module: Testing and Inspection

VTSS Diagnosis:

The Entry Module can communicate with the DRB III scan tool and it is the recommended method for diagnosis. The Entry Module does not display any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's). All of the input switches to the Entry Module can be read with the DRB III scan tool under the Inputs/Outputs screen. The doors can be unlatched with the DRB III scan tool under actuator tests. If the inputs are OK and the outputs can be cycled with the DRB III scan tool, the problem is most likely the Entry Module.
