Exhaust System: Description and Operation

DESCRIPTION





The exhaust system is a unique design. The system consists of two side-mounted catalytic converters and resonators with a single, rear-mounted muffler. The two downstream oxygen sensors are located between the resonators and the muffler.

OPERATION
The exhaust system channels gases created by the engine to the rear of the vehicle. The muffler and resonator quiet the exhaust noises. The catalytic converter reduces exhaust emissions.
