SYMPTOM
DECKLID RELEASE SWITCH FAILURE

WHEN MONITORED
Continuously.

SET CONDITION
The BCM monitors voltage present on the decklid release switch output circuit. If voltage is present for over 30 seconds, this DTC will set.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Defective decklid release switch
- Decklid release switch output circuit shorted to voltage
- Wiring harness intermittent defect
- Body control module
