Front Door Latch: Service and Repair
DOOR LATCHREMOVAL
1. Remove door trim panel.
2. Remove door stanchion inner trim panel.
3. Disengage stanchion release handle cable from retaining clip in door.

4. Remove screws attaching latch to inner door end panel (Fig. 11).
5. Disengage wiring connector from latch release solenoid.
6. Remove latch from door.
INSTALLATION
1. Position latch in door.
2. Install screws attaching latch to inner door end panel.
3. Engage wiring connector to latch release solenoid.
4. Engage stanchion release handle cable to retaining clip in door.
5. Install door stanchion inner trim panel.
6. Install door trim panel.
