Crankshaft Damper

REMOVAL
1. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
2. Remove the drive belt.

Crankshaft Pulley-Removal:

3. Remove the crankshaft pulley.

Crankshaft Damper-Removal:

4. Using universal puller, remove the crankshaft damper.

INSTALLATION

Crankshaft Damper-Installation:

1. Install the crankshaft damper and tighten bolt to 340 Nm (250 ft. lbs.).
2. Install the crankshaft pulley.
3. Install the drive belt.
4. Install the air cleaner assembly.
