Variable Induction Control Valve: Service and Repair

Retaining Clip:

Manifold Tuning Valve:

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect electrical connector.
3. Remove manifold tuning valve mounting screws. Remove timing valve.

INSTALLATION
1. Install tuning valve. Tighten mounting screws to 11 N.m (8 ft. lbs.) torque.
2. Install electrical connector.
3. Connect negative battery cable.
