C. Install the Authorized Modifications Label

1. Type or print (with a ball point pen), the following information onto the Authorized Modifications label as shown in Figure 4:

^ "REAR OXYGEN SENSOR WIRING";

^ "RECALL NO. 726";

^ your 5 digit dealer code and;

^ the repair date

2. Peel the label from its backing and apply it near the Vehicle Emission Control Information Label located in the engine compartment.
